These Terms of Service govern your use of destevan.com and purchases from Daniel Estevan (d.e.). By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

We may limit quantities or cancel an order when necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is processed for fulfillment. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout.

Returns, exchanges, final-sale items, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Sale or discounted items are final sale.
